
Lenka Želonková was born in 2000 in Prešov, Slovakia. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Special Education in Brno, Czechia. Professionally, she works with families of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and socially excluded communities. She writes poetry and prose, focusing on themes of isolation, psychological distance, and the impossibility of mutual understanding. Her work has been published in magazines such as Vertigo and Dotyky. In 2022, her prose debut, Zvliekanie, was published.
